Trevor hails from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and attended Sheridan College, obtaining a degree in Animation. Shortly after he finished school, he submitted his portfolio to LAIKA; he began his career in Hillsboro on the ParaNorman production and also worked on The Boxtrolls and Kubo and the Two Strings.
Thalia attended Goldsmiths University in London, graduating with a BA (Honors) in Textiles. She later moved to Bristol, UK to work for Aardman Animations where she started in the model shop making props and sets and eventually moved into in the costume department.
